Chiropractic

Hands on approach to pain or postural issues. Recommended for acute injuries, problems with ranges of motion, or postural issues. Most common issues are neck pain, back pain, and headaches. Treatment include chiropractic adjustments/mobilizations, soft tissue treatments (massage techniques/stretches), and therapeutic exercises.

Massage Therapy

Swedish or deep tissue. Cash and insurance accepted (highmark/bcbs/auto ins/workers comp).

Physical Therapy

One on one treatment with PT. 1hr long appointments. Referral from PCP or orthopedic doctor required after 30days. YOU DO NOT NEED A REFERRAL FOR THE FIRST 30DAYS. Great for ongoing issues with pain or mobility.
